BLACKMETALIZER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and the Developer of the software known as "Blackmetalizer" (the "Software").

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. LICENSE GRANT
The Developer grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software indefinitely. This license includes access to all updates and patches within the current major version (e.g., version 1.x).

2. OWNERSHIP OF OUTPUT
Any content, artwork, images, or other media exported or generated by the Software is the sole property of the Licensee. The Developer makes no claim of ownership over any exported material.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Developer makes no guarantees that the Software will function as intended in all environments and does not guarantee the accuracy or performance of the Software.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Developer shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages, losses, or consequences—direct or indirect—resulting from the use or misuse of the Software. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, interruption of business, or any damages to equipment or systems.

5. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Software;
- Redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software without prior written consent from the Developer.

6. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensee may terminate it at any time by deleting all copies of the Software. This Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if the Licensee fails to comply with any term herein.

7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings regarding the subject matter.

By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.
